Chiropractor Jeremy Tremblay D.C.
Dr. Jeremy Tremblay is a Philadelphia native and attended Central High School. He did his undergraduate work at the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York, earning a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Photography. He earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Life University in Marietta, GA. Dr. Jeremy was first introduced to the incredible effectiveness of Chiropractic Care in his early twenties when just 3 visits to the Chiropractor cleared up some intense back pain that he was having. Since then, he has had a strong passion for Chiropractic, incorporating it as a key part of a wellness lifestyle for optimal health. Always a natural health advocate, Dr. Jeremy has practiced yoga, meditated and eaten a healthy plant-based diet for over 20 years.
When not sharing his passion for Chiropractic and a healthy living, Dr. Jeremy spends his time with his 3 children and his wife, Kilkenny, an amazing alignment-based yoga teacher in Philadelphia. They love to go on weekly hikes, spend time at the beach and practice yoga and meditation at their Center City yoga studio, Sanctuary Yoga and Mindfulness.
Chiropractor Brian Pauling D.C.
Dr. Brian Pauling is a Doctor of Chiropractic who specializes in the holistic and conservative treatment of acute injuries, chronic pain and performance plateaus. If you have pain that does not involve an invasive treatment (like surgery) then he can help.
Dr. Brian is a Palmer Chiropractic College graduate, is a Rocktape provider, Activator certified, IDlife nutrition associate, South Jersey State lifeguard swimming and National chiropractic swimming champion, and Motion palpation accredited extremity provider. He is most proficient at soft tissue mobilization, flexion and distraction, performance taping, nutrition, and extremity adjusting.
Certified Running & Gait Analyst Sarah Guarino, PT, DPT, CSCS, IADN-Cert
Sarah is a licensed doctor of Physical Therapy, she graduated from Ithaca College in 2016. During her career, she has received certifications in dry needling, Graston, blood flow restriction (BFR) training, and treatment techniques for the low back and SI joint. She has specialized in sports rehabilitation and has worked with the best surgeons in the world to correct hip and core muscle injuries and imbalances at the Vincera Institute.
Sarah is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) looking to help bridge the gap between fitness and rehabilitation. Having spent years working in traditional physical therapy clinics, Sarah recognized that a significant portion of injury and pain could be prevented if individuals addressed functional deficits prior to injury and pain development. Sarah’s experience and background have provided her with the skills to evaluate and identify movement dysfunction or imbalances and prescribe a preventative program to allow people to better prepare their bodies to exercise and avoid injury.
Sarah has worked with athletes across the country of all levels; from high school and college athletes to professional teams in every sport (NBA, MLB, NFL, NHL, MLS, and premier league) as well as recreational athletes, marathoners, triathletes, Olympians, Ironman athletes and competitive lifters. She is experienced working with high-performance individuals and can tailor her treatment to complement and enhance a demanding training schedule while treating the body as a whole with a combination of strength, mobility, proprioception, and a variety of soft tissue interventions including Dry Needling, Cupping, Graston Technique, massage, manipulation, Kinesio taping and active release technique (ART).
